Who it is for

Equipment makers and their product, delivery and service teams.

The job to be done

  • Add a calculation or application to your platform through agreed interfaces; your application stays the customer’s point of use.
  • Deliver an equipment-family package: reusable software and methods, plus settings for each installation.
  • Prepare service cases with the records and hand them over to the right specialist.

First step

Start with one task. Keep what works.

  1. Start with one equipment family, its interfaces and the intended shipment or service arrangement.

  2. Adapt the first package and test it on the prototype and first installation against agreed criteria.

  3. Reuse the accepted procedure at each installation; agree updates, support period and escalation.

For a first project, we confirm with you the available product version, delivery scope, usage rights and timetable.

Worked example

Prepare a service case, keep the ticket open

One unit raises three alarms. The product links them to the service ticket, confirms which manual applies, notes that condition data are missing and hands over. It prepares the attachment; it never closes the ticket.

Simulated records for illustration.

UNIT-07
series M-A, configuration F-02
MAN-A-R3
manual confirmed applicable; checks verify records only
Open
the specialist asks for condition data; the ticket stays open

Worked example

When the sale depends on the wider system

Two processes share an 8 t/h steam header. A schedule check finds the original plan infeasible and one candidate that meets every constraint.

Simulated records for illustration.

10 t/h
original overlapping peak: not feasible
6 t/h
candidate peak: meets the constraints
2 t + 2 t
steam use unchanged: a lower peak, not an energy saving

Roles

Who decides, who acts, who supports

Decides
Equipment control, protection and operating authority stay with the designated systems and people at each site.
Acts
Your developers integrate; qualified installation teams configure each site.
Supports
Be Water supports the software it supplies; the named method provider maintains method applicability and versions.

How a result is handled

Chosen per task. Access to data is not permission to change records, work orders or equipment settings; existing interlocks and control responsibilities stay as they are.

What you keep, what gets added

You keep

  • Your customer interface and brand presentation
  • Equipment control and protection, and who is responsible for them
  • Your service model and work-order records

Added

  • Calculations and applications through agreed APIs or SDK interfaces
  • Edge connectivity, storage and local calculation on site
  • Reusable configuration and acceptance samples for later installations
  • AI Workforce for your service team (optional)

Nothing has to be replaced wholesale. Runs on site, in your private environment or in an agreed cloud.

Buying and support

How buying and support work

Fees for the first package — adaptation, integration, checks and handover — are separate from per-installation work and from ongoing runtime, updates and support. Distribution, branding, covered equipment and support periods are set per arrangement. Customer savings do not automatically become supplier revenue: judge the package by your offer, delivery effort and service.

  1. Discuss the first task

Which task, which records and systems, and who uses the result.

  2. Agree the plan and costs

The quote states what each part includes and what is one-off or recurring.

  3. Trial, check and hand over

The people who will use it test real tasks, including missing data and exceptions.

  4. Use and maintain

Your team works with the results; products, interfaces and models are maintained as agreed.

What a quote is made of

  • First connection and configuration
  • Platform operation and maintenance
  • Professional applications (licence)
  • AI Workforce (optional)
  • Site or specialist services

Using Be Water applications is a licence for an agreed scope, not a transfer of source code or proprietary models. Connecting does not change your rights to your data, processes, recipes and models.
