Solutions · Running a factory

Expert methods in everyday operations.

Choose a quality, equipment or energy application, let AI Workforce organise recurring follow-up, or both. Spend less time finding data and coordinating routine work, with better evidence for decisions about cost, quality and equipment.

Who it is for

Operations, quality, maintenance and energy teams in a plant that is already running.

The job to be done

  • Trace an inspection problem back through process conditions to the raw-material batch.
  • Check changing equipment conditions and prepare maintenance with the records.
  • Reconcile energy records and compare utility arrangements with production demand.

First step

Start with one task. Keep what works.

  1. Bring one task your team repeats, with the records, users and systems it involves. A sample is enough to begin.

  2. Agree the first application, the permitted AI actions and the acceptance checks. Trial a representative task, including missing records and an exception.

  3. Compare time, rework and open differences with current practice; check energy, quality or equipment effects separately, under comparable conditions. Reuse what fits for the next task.

For a first project, we confirm with you the available product version, delivery scope, usage rights and timetable.

Worked example

A faster report is not an energy saving

An energy-record check compares a bill, the main meter and the sub-meters. The application keeps periods apart and does not call an incomplete gap a loss.

Simulated records for illustration.

0.6 MWh
same-period main meter vs bill: a metering or record difference to check
4.6 MWh
not a confirmed loss while sub-meter B is missing 8 hours
6.0 MWh
calendar month vs billing period: not a like-for-like difference

Roles

Who decides, who acts, who supports

Decides
Your authorised operating, quality and maintenance people. Quality release, maintenance and operating changes stay with them or approved systems.
Acts
Your teams, through the systems they use today; AI Workforce for agreed follow-up steps.
Supports
A qualified implementer maps interfaces and maintains the application; specialists handle what the standard method does not cover.

How a result is handled

Chosen per task. Access to data is not permission to change records, work orders or equipment settings; existing interlocks and control responsibilities stay as they are.

What you keep, what gets added

You keep

  • Production, laboratory, maintenance, energy, data and AI systems that work
  • Data in its source platform: the application needs authorised access, not a replacement
  • The official work-order and production records

Added

  • Equipment, process and record relations shared by several applications
  • Professional applications for quality, equipment or energy
  • AI Workforce for recurring follow-up (optional)

Nothing has to be replaced wholesale. Runs on site, in your private environment or in an agreed cloud.

Buying and support

How buying and support work

Initial fees cover the selected applications and any configuration, integration, adaptation, acceptance and training in scope. Count your own team’s preparation and operating effort in the total cost. Later tasks or sites reuse suitable configurations and methods.

  1. Discuss the first task

Which task, which records and systems, and who uses the result.

  2. Agree the plan and costs

The quote states what each part includes and what is one-off or recurring.

  3. Trial, check and hand over

The people who will use it test real tasks, including missing data and exceptions.

  4. Use and maintain

Your team works with the results; products, interfaces and models are maintained as agreed.

What a quote is made of

  • First connection and configuration
  • Platform operation and maintenance
  • Professional applications (licence)
  • AI Workforce (optional)
  • Site or specialist services

Using Be Water applications is a licence for an agreed scope, not a transfer of source code or proprietary models. Connecting does not change your rights to your data, processes, recipes and models.

Bring a task your team repeats.

Tell us what the team does today, which records and systems it uses, and what needs to improve. Full production data is not needed for the first discussion.
